Formerly known as the Associate Program, our Graduate Leadership Program is a 12-week leadership development program based in the Dallas-Fort Worth area, designed specifically for new grads who are interested in developing a career with one of the fastest growing agencies in the digital industry.
During the first six weeks of the program, you’ll be a part of an intensive rotational training curriculum across a variety of functions within the agency, including but not limited to search, social media, and programmatic, and will receive training on all PMG proprietary tools.
Once you complete your rotations, PMG will match you to a career path and place you on a team that suits your preferences, personality, and skillset. You’ll then spend the next six weeks working on a specific team; while continuing to receive training as well as focusing more on gaining hands-on experience within your specific function.
Overall, the goal of the program is to prepare you for a promotion into a full-time role within the agency.
